The name S̺ûku Kehâ Kâchyâ is derived from the Sylvin language, as S̺ûku Kehâ Kâchyâ was founded by Yóoī Ya̋chvóń 'Berry Xandy' Cawmē Ya̋ch Vúchī̋, who was culturaly Rattu.

S̺ûku Kehâ Kâchyâ was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1475, by Yóoī Ya̋chvóń 'Berry Xandy' Cawmē Ya̋ch Vúchī̋. The establishment of S̺ûku Kehâ Kâchyâ suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of S̺ûku Kehâ Kâchyâ which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

S̺ûku Kehâ Kâchyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and S̺ûku Kehâ Kâchyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves.
